152. Why do you think Elie Wiesel wrote this book?

I think that Eli Wiesel wrote this book to tell the world his story about how horrible was life in the concentration camps and because he want the world to know that this was true and that it did happen to him and to many Innocent people that were killed in this camps. I also think he wrote this book to express his feelings and to tell people that this don't have to happen again.



153.Why do you think he chose Night as its title?

I think that Elie Wiesel chose Night as its title because that the way he feel that all this experience was like a nightmares and because the night means darkness and unexpected things could happen in the night and in the concentration camps. I also think that this experience make him a sad person that after all he has experience he don't see life like a wonderful place no more instead he see it like the Night.

154.How does Elie change as a result of his experiences in the concentration camps?

Elie change a lot a and in many ways as a result of his experiences in the concentration camps because after all he pass through change him and make him a mad person, they killed his soul and feelings. After all he had see his mom, sister,dad and many other persons that he saw died.



155.How does Elie finally come to terms with his ordeal?(What does he finally do)

He finally come to terms with his ordeal because he wrote this book that make him express his feelings and let go some of his pain by writing this book. I think that this is a good way to express your feelings, when you don't now what to do and how to act after all he has seem and experience in the concentration camps were all his family was killed. This is every painful because your family are the only persons in the world that will always be with you and they will always protect you.

156.Give examples of issues in Night that still arise today and what do you think should be done about genocide?
In the book NIGHT Elie and his family and many other type of person were genocide because of their sexuality, religion, believes, race and many more. Today genocide it still exist and many people are being killed too. For example in Cuba Castro is the president of Cuba and he knows about genocide and that this is happening in his country and he don't even care. This persons are being killed, they have serious bodily and mental harm, they are also don't let women to give birth and if they are they force them to abort. They use eight stages of genocide, the first one is classification, symbolization, dehumanization, organization, polarization, preparation, extermination and finally Denial.

Other example of Genocide is happening is in South Africa were Black African are killing White African because of racism. This also happen in the book Night were the Germans were putting Germans in the concentration camps because they didn't think like them or because they didn't like Hitler as their leader.

In Vietnam the U.S.A troops are being killed and the people that help them also get killed because they think their there enemies and they killed them with poison gas and many other things. This also happen in the book Night were the prisoners were killed with poison gas and many more horrible ways.

In Colombia people are scared of what is happening an some decide to abandon their home, land and work because they are scared to get killed by the rebels. The president of Colombia Alvaro Uribe accused Hugo Chavez the president of Venezuela to help the guerrillas. In the book Night Hitler was the main leaders of the Nazi and its collaborators and they all plan to killed the Jews and other people.

In Morocco, Spain Sahrawi people are being torture, kidnapping , and disappear. Morocco is accused of genocide because many of the Saharawis are reported missing. This is also related to the book Night because many of the people that were put in the concentration camps were not even given the opportunity to see if they were good or bad people.

1.The families must obey strict rules to avoid discovery. Which rule would be the hardest for you to follow?Why?
The families that were hiding had very strict rules to avoid discovery, the rule that will be the hardest to follow will be to stay quiet in the morning to all the afternoon this is the rule that will be really hard for me to follow because there are so much things you have to do at this time and for example you need to eat or use the bathroom.

The word Hanukkah is a celebration that lasts eight days, for the families is a time to be all together and thank god for still be alive.(B) What do Anne's presents show about her? Anne's presents shows that she is a very happy girl, she likes to play, talk , and do everything a girl of her age will do.(C) Why do the others react with enthusiasm to their presents? The other people react to enthusiasm to their presents that Anne gave them because they didn't expect to get nothing because of everything that was going on.

5. (A)What is the historical cause that forces the Frank to go into hiding? The historical cause that force the Frank family to go into hiding was that all the Jews or have some part of Jews blood were put in camps were they were put to work and get killed.
(B)What effects does this situation have on their daily lives? The effects of all this was that they were not able to make noise or talk for an amount of time and this affect them because this had to be very hard to do.

It help me to understand all the person or families like the Frank and Van Daan went in to hiding and why.

Solving a problem on the streets

One serious problem that is going on the streets will be that many teenager are been killed and this is a very serious and important issue because now many teenager are scare to go out of their home because they are afraid to be kill. There are many things we can do to stay safe and not be afraid to get kill. This are some of my solutions to this problem.


My fist solution will be that teenager should stay at home as much as they can in the night because almost all the deaths are cause at night, but if you have something planning to do at night they should go with some one that could take care of you and protect you. The best thing to do is to stay at home and do something fun. If you don’t want to be inside at home then go outside in front of your home and do something fun but with your friends or family(cousins) and don’t be alone at night. You could also be in your neighborhood were there the people know you and if its save for you.


My second solution will be to be very careful with what you wear and with the persons you talk to because this is another reason why teenagers get kill even that they have not done nothing bad. But they still get killed because the gangs think they are their enemies and they kill them. This is very bad but it has happen but this are some of the things we can do to not get kill, don’t talk to people that you know have problems with gangs, try not to wear any gang color and don’t try to act like then and think before doing something that will be bad for you.

My third solution will be to be very careful every time your out side alone our with your friends, if you know someone who is in gangs try to stay away from that person. If the neighborhood were you live is very dangerous talk to the police and tell to be checking your neighborhood in case of some thing bad could happen or if you want move to another place were there is less danger.

In my conclusion this are some of my solutions that I think you should do to stay safe and for not to be kill on the streets. But our parents have to also take care of us and pay us more attention of the things that we do and help us to not make bad decisions. We also have to think before we make wrong decisions that could change our life’s or end it.

"Hansel and Gretel"

My name is Gretel and i have one brother named Hansel, we life with my father and our step-mother. We are very poor people, sometimes we don't even eat nothing the entire day. One day when i was with my brother we hear our step mother telling our father that he has to let us in the forest so they will be able to survive and not die for hunger. My dad agree and in the next morning they wake ups early and took us in to the forest. They gave us a piece of bread my brother pick up some pebbles and he trough one by one pebbles so in this way we could find our way home. When we were in the middle of the forest our step mother told us that she was going to cut some wood but she never came back. I was very scared and the only thing i could think about it was going home. My brother told me that everything was going to be okay. In the morning we follow the pebbles and we find our way home. But our parents did the same thing the next morning the left us in the middle of the forest but this time we did know how to go back. We were lost, we were walking for hours but we could not figure out our way back to home. But then we saw this amazing house all built by bread and cover with cake and the windows were of clean sugar. we both run to the house my brother went up to the roof and i was eating the window. Suddenly an old women open the door and told us to come in and we did. She gave us food to eat milk, pancakes, sugar, apples, and nuts. We feel like if we were in heaven. The old women only pretended to be kind but was she really had in mind was to feed us very well and then she will kill us, cook us and then eat us. She had always done this to other children's. The next morning she took my brother to a little stable and locked him. She told me to cook something to him and bring it to him until he gets fat so she could eat him. I was force to do what she told me. Four weeks has pass and Hansel is till thin, she was not going to wait any longer the old women was going to kill my brother and cook him. Early in the morning the i had to hang up the cauldron with the water and light the fire. The old lady had ready heated the oven, the witch try to put me inside of the oven but i push her into the oven and run. I went to save my brother we dance and kiss each other of happiness. And then end we went back to home our step mother is death and our father was sorry for what he did. We hug him and live happy for ever.

A newspaper story by: O.Henry
This story is about a man who saw a newspaper that was looking for three editorials that they will put in a column and public it. One was directed for parents and teachers. Another was to Warning addressed to a notorious labour leader who was on the point of instigating his clients to a troublesome strike. Later in this story people read the stories and a girl named Gladys write to the newspaper so they could gave her information about going on a date. I didn't like the story a lot because it was kind of confusing and there were some things that i didn't get.

The Princess and the Puma by: O.Henry
This story is about a king and Queen, the king was a very terrible old man who was married to a Mexican girl from Laredo. His husband has own a 50,000 acres of land and people called him ''the cattle king'' Later in this story the king had a pet that was a puma and like he lives in the ranch with his wife one day the queen was about the killed his pet by accident but she didn't because the King save his pet. I think i like the story because it kind of interesting how the king save his pet and how he care of him.

The Gift of the Magi by: O. Henry
I like this story because it is very sweet and it shows what true love is really about it tells me that when you love someone you will do anything to see that person happy and you will never make that person feel bad. I also like this story because it said that the real will always give their most value thing on earth just to make you happy and to show you how much that person loves you. I LOVE THIS STORY=]

"Fable"

A baby rabbit was lost in the middle of the forest and he was crying because he was so scared and lonely. He decide to look for their parents and for help, but he get tired and he decided to sit in the grass. Later a lion saw him setting in the grass, he was very hungry that he decided to go there and eat him. When he got there he say "Hi, little rabbit why your so lonely", the rabbit say with a sadly voice "I'm lost", The lion told him "don't worry little rabbit I'll help you find your parents". They both left to look for the rabbit parents and then the lion stop the little rabbit to eat him but he fall inside of a hole and the little rabbit run away.

"The Outcasts of Poker Flat"

If you had to blame someone or something for the outcasts' deaths,Who/what would you blame and why?

I will blame on the citizens of Poker Flat because of many reasons, my first reason is because they all decided to get rid of them and nobody did nothing to help them. They all belief they were bad person and they didn't give them the opportunity to defend their self. My second reason why i think the citizens of Poker Flat are guilty for the outcasts' deaths is because they know that Mr.Oackhurts was not a bad person and they still blame him and the other three people for the rob of several thousands of dollars and two horses. My third reason why i think the citizens of Poker Flat are guilty for the outcast' death is because they blame the wrong persons for the rod in the city and because all this persons that died were good people that gave their life to try to help someone of them to be alive. They were not angels but they did have a big heart because they all help each other to stay alive for more days. This are my reasons why i will blame on the citizens of Poker Flat for the outcasts death.

"The story of an Hour"-Freedom
This story is about a women who wanted to be free from his husband and when she new that his husband have been death in a accident She act like she was sad but in the inside she was happy and relieve. She is super happy because of his Husband death because when his husband was alive he used to control her all the time. Later in the story she when downstairs with her sister and then his husband open the door and enter she was sock and then die by a heart attack. This story teach a lesson which is freedom. At the end of the story she got her freedom but at a very high price which was her death. I did like this story because it is very interesting they way everything happen and how the women wanted her freedom that when she new his husband was death, she feel so happy and when she saw him alive she was sock and then she died. I think that it was fair that she died because she was happy with his husband death and when a person gets happy of someones death or tragedy their not good person. So i think that what happen to her was fair and in this way she would learn her lesson.


"Blind Man"-Disabled, rich vs. poor
This story is about a blind man who is always in the streets and one day a person gave him a box of pencil to sale and from the money he make he could buy something to eat. That same day he was trying to cross the street and nobody help him and then he just hear many people coming in his direction and he didn't know what was going on. The most important person in that city was been killed by two cars when he was crossing the street, in the same street were the blind man have cross and nobody help him but they did help the other man. I like this story because it talks about who we don't pay attention to people that need help and when we want to help is to late. This story tell me that in this story the people don't pay attention to a poor person buy they do pay attention to a rich man that they might not know but they do know that he or she is rich.


"Desiree's baby"-racism
This story is about a women called Desiree who was left in the house of a rich women and his husband when she was a baby and they that took care of her. She was nameless she didn't have a background. When Desiree was a women she fall in love and she got married with a very important person. Months later she gave birth and she realize that his baby was black . His husband blame of her and he told her to leave his house with the baby. He decided to burn everything they both have touch and he found a letter from his mom to his dad that said that she was very happy to have his love and still knowing that she was black. He could not belief that he has black blood in his veins. This story also teach you a lesson that we don't have to be racism with people because they different and that we have to love and not judge people because we could be the ones with the problem and when we love we have too love everything of that person.

"Dr. Heidegger's Experiment"

At first i show my four friends Mr.Medborne, Colonel killigrew, Mr. Ganscoigne, and Widow Wycherly. I told them that i want them to be in my next experiment i show them an old rose. I put it in the magic water and seconds later the flower started to bloom again. My friends decided to take the experiment and they all brink the water and like and hour later they all see more younger. They were kind of drunk too, they were making fun of me and of their clothes they were wearing because they now look younger. I gave them this magic water so they could fix their mistakes from the past but no instead they decided to be again what they were in the past. Mr. Medbourne a hustler, Gascoigne a ruined political and Widow Wycherly a loose women. Then they all started to fight for Window because we have all been relation with her at one point of our lives. Desiree's Baby, The Sequel

After Armand read the letter he stay silence and he told their slaves to stop the fire and he try to save some of the stuffs he had burn. Then he went inside of his room with tears on his face. He could not belief that he had read. He was sock and he was also sorry about what he did to his wife Desiree and his baby. He feel terrible because of what he had done to them. He left go the woman that he love and his baby, his own blood. Then he decided to write a letter to his father and ask him if this was true hoping it was a joke or something. But he was wrong when his father wrote back he told him that this was all true and that his mother never want him to known the true because of what Armand could think about her. His dad also told him that he did this because he loves his mother and that you will always do anything good or bad to help the person that you love. You should known Armand because you married Desiree and knowing that she was nameless. He felt so miserable for what he have done to the women that he loves. I decide to go back with Desiree and i hope that she could forgive me and her mom too. When he was in the in front of madame Valmonde house he took a deep breath and went inside the house. He sit on the sofa in the living room waiting for Desiree and his baby. When Desiree arrive to her mothers house with his son, she saw him there and she was very surprise and confuse. Armand told her that he was sorry and that he want her back. He told her that he make a big mistake and that he loves her and he loves his son too. She look down and said NO I can't go back with you never again, with tears. She look at and told him to go and she just look at him walking out of her life for ever.

Flowers for Algernon

If you were given a choice to have an operation that would make you much smarter, would you do it, especially if you knew the effects of the surgery would only be temporary? Why or why not?

If I was given the choice to have a surgery that will make me more smarter but that will be temporary I think I won't take it because of many reasons. My first reason why I won't take the surgery will be because I will be smart temporary and at the end I will get dome again. I think that is better to learn everything by yourself and in this way we will never forget what we have learn. My second reason why I won't take the surgery will be because it could be very dangerous and you might die.
My third reason why I won't take the surgery will be because I'm happy not being smart but that does not mean that I don't know how to do what people tell me. I think that you have to be very serious about doing this because you will be smart for just Little of time and then go back the way you were before the surgery, I think that this is just a dangerous and you don't have to do it. If you really want to have this surgery because people make fun of you, I think that you are very dome. People should not judge you because the way you think and act because we all have being dome or make wrong decisions in your life. But we all have learn not to make them again. If you feel bad because your not smart that's not a problem you just have to work hard and study a lot. People are not born smart they just study and learn everything they need. We all learn how to read, write and speak too, nobody have never born knowing this. For example Charlie form the book "Flowers for Algernon", he was not smart but he decided to have the surgery and he got smart but at the end he went back to be dome. This tell us that we have to work hard for what we want and the best way to do it is studding.

The curious case of Benjamin Button, Chapter 8-the end

Family
His father didn't like him because he was born as an old man and he didn't get alone with him. He didn't like the idea of having to take care of an old man that was suppose to be a baby. He have to take care of him like if he was his father and not his son. He also didn't like him because he was a very popular person and he was scared of what people might think or say about this.
His mother also didn't get alone with Benjamin because she think he was doing all this because he wants to but that he didn't what to change it. She don't like him because of this and she thinks that he is a bad person. They also don't have a lot of communication.
His wife , Benjamin's wife don't have a lot of communication because she is getting older and he is getting younger and Benjamin is not likening her no more and this is causing many problems. She don't like the idea of having to go with him to parties like if she was 20 again. He didn't like the way his wife looks because of what people will think.
His son don't like the idea of having a dad that looks like him and he hate that his father is doing this getting younger, he thinks that his father can control it but he can't. He don't like people to see them together and he treat his dad like if he was his son. He also telling him to called him uncle when he was like 16 years old.

Age
In this story age was the most important issue and the cause of all the problems and anger. Benjamin's family didn't like him because of what happen to him and of how he was born. They didn't what him to be with them and they never help him or tell him something that will make him feel better. Many person didn't like him because of his age, for example his father-in- law and his own father too. This is very sad because your parents are the most important persons in our life and know that they don't love us they way we are it hurts. People didn't believe his age, some people think he was older and other think he looks younger. Many people didn't believe him that the was getting younger because he wants to and that he can't control it. He didn't know that he was going to get younger and that he was going to die as a baby.

Beauty
When he was born as an old man the didn't look that good but his father try everything to seen Benjamin look younger and not to old. When he was fifty he look like his father and people though they were brothers and not son and father. He fall in love with his wife who was like 20 years younger than him but she didn't care and they got married. They have a baby together and as time pass he looks the same as his son and his wife stared to look old and the didn't like her no more because she looks like his mom. When his son graduate from collage he got married and he have a baby. Then Benjamin started to look like a teenager and as time pass he looks the same as his grandchildren and they also went together to kindergarten, until he became a baby and then die as a baby but many people didn't know that this will happen because they think he was playing with his beauty and age. This make mad many members of his family.

The first problem that i think Benjamin will face will be that he don't like his wife and he will want to breakup with her. I think that this will happen because in chapters 3-7 he is telling that he don't like how his wife looks and how she acts. I think that if he don't love his wife he should leave her but still take care of his son. If he do this i think it will be unfair because when he was fifty his wife love him the way he was and now that she is old and he is getting younger he don't like her no more and he just what to be away from her. I think that he is making a mistake and he should pay more attention to her wife and son because the family is more important that everything, and family should always be together no matter what because this persons are the people that love you more and care about you.

My second prediction of a problem is that Benjamin will not take car of his son because he is now feeling and looking younger and he whats to do everything of that a man of his age will do and he don't what to take responsibilities for nothing and nobody even his son. A solution for this problem should be that his wife talk to him about this and tell him how she is feeling and how his son is also feeling she might know what to do and how to help his husband. I think that this could be a solution for their problems because the communication is always a solution in a relationship and this will also help Benjamin to understand that he should not make the same mistakes that his father did with him, so he should understand how his son will feel, thinking that his father don't love him.

My third problem will be that when Benjamin gets more younger he won't have nobody to take care of him and this is a problem because he will be lonely and he will need help because he will go back like if he was an old man but this time as a baby. I think that a solution for this problem will be that he should stay with his wife until she die and with his son because he can take care of him and he will love him the way he is because Benjamin did the same thing with him. I also think that the family should always be together because their are the only person that we can trust and they will away help us. If he decided not to stay with his family he will be alone and nobody will like to take care of him when he get into a baby.

Roger is so overly concerned with how Benjamin looks and is worried about what people are going to say. What should he do?

I think that Roger should think more about how he is making his son feel. He could probably feel like a monster because he is so different to a baby and that should be painful for him to know that his father don't like him and that he is more worried about what people are going to said about him and he is not thinking how his son will feel when people will know the truth. I think that Roger should take care of his son and his wife and don't pay attention to the people and what they said, if he still thinking like this he should do something about it for example he should move to other place were people don't know him or leave his son in other place were other people can take of him, but if one day Roger will see that he make a mistake and he will feel sorry of his son and of what he did . This is not what i father should do because the old man still begin his son and Roger should love him because the old man is part of him.

What would you have done if you were Roger Button in chapter 1?

If i was Roger Button i will take my baby (the old man) with me and my wife to our house and move to other state or country. I tell the people that we have to move because the doctor told us to move because our baby came out with some problems, he needs to live in a peaceful place. I'll move with my father, he lives in a farm outside the state. I'll keep the baby(old man) with me because he is my son but this that is happening is very strange and confusion at the same time. I think this is the best we can do to protect him. My wife is so confuse right now and she don't even know what to do and how to feel but what we are sure is that will take care of him until he die. Now I have to buy him some clothes and food so he can have something to eat and then we have to get out of this hospital and town as soon as possible.

A picture is worth a thousand words

Every day we all wake up at the same time and eat dinner all together that’s the tradition of my family and what my mom always told me. I know I’m young but I do get it she works a lot for us to be okay, she prepare the best pies ever, I love them. Their pies are so sweet and delicious. My mother name is Patricia she is 30 years old and she loves to cook pies and to feed our hour and dog. My father name is John he is 32 years old and he work in the farm. He always bring a lot of fruit specially apples. My mom use the apples to make the delicious pies. My grandmother the mom of my dad lives with us because my grandfather died and she was by herself so my dad decided to take her to live with us. My two brother are twins they don’t look the same and they don’t act the same but they do think the same their so funny. My name is Amanda and I’m 6 years old. I love to eat pies and play out side with my brothers specially when is spring because I could play with other kids.


When we all finish eating our dinner and my dad get ready to go to work and he always take the horse with him. We all say good bye to my him and then I have to help my mom to pick up the table and then I could go and play outside with my brothers and friends. I always to this because that’s the only way I can help my mom with something. When we were all outside happy playing with our dog it started to rain and we went inside the house until the rain pass. I was staring at the rain when I get an idea to, my idea was to sale apple pies and with the money that we get we can fix our house and buy things that we need. My mom and my grandma agree with my idea and we stared to make pies. The first to two months it did work but then people stop buying it because the pies were all the same type. The we decided to make other kinds of pies.


More people started to buy pies and then we decided to open a small store were we can sale pies. I love to help my mom and my grandma to make pies and then one day my dad decided to buy a little piece of land so he could work it and plant all the fruits that we need to make pies. The secret

It was my best friend’s deepest, darkest secret and it would be a hard one to keep. I didn’t know what to do, this was the hardest decision that I ever have to make if I tell the family of my friend or if I just stay quite. I need to think more of what I’m going to do because I don’t want to loss my friend friendship and her trust in me but at the same time I don’t want her to do nothing stupid or bad. What I do know is that I need to help her and try to convince her not to do that but how can I do that. I know her very well and I know that she is a good person and that she want the best for her family and friends but this time she want their family to feel bad and pay for what they did to her. This secret is driving me crazy and I need to help her but how would I convince her not to do her deepest and darkest secret.


How would I help her this was my question since she told me that her parents don’t love her and that they always are doing this bad things that hurt her. Her deepest and darkest secret was that she want to kill herself or runaway from her home. I’m super nervous because I don’t know if I such tell my friend’s family or just stay quite and don’t do nothing. But no I decided to tell someone this secret because they will be able to help me. I decided to tell my mom because I know that I could trust her and that she will never trade me. When I tell her this she was sock and she told me that I have to talk with my friend and convince her not to do nothing that can affect her.


The next day when we were in school I sit next to her and I tell her “how are you doing” and she answer me “ I’m okay and you” I tell her “I’m kind of worry about you, and about that secret” she told me “oh, I know I don’t want you to think that I’m crazy or a bad person is that I’ m confuse and you know why” I tell her “I know, your parents are not the best parents but sometimes they don’t know how to show love but I’m sure that they love you” she answer me “ how do you know, you don’t even know them” I she told me “ I know that I don’t know them but what I do know it that I do know you very well and I also know that you won’t do nothing bad because you do love your parents and you will never do nothing that can hurt them”, then she decided to leave.


In that same day I called my mom and I tell her to take me to my friend’s house. When I was there I enter inside the house and I ask the women that open the door if I could talk to Annie’s mom. She told me that she was Annie mom I was like oh okay. Then we
sit in the sofa and she was very kind with me, and them I tell her I’m here because I need to tell you something very important about Annie, she told me that she think that you and your husband don’t love her and that you never pay attention to her and that you don’t understand her. She told me’ that’s not true that she always is their for her and that Annie id doing all this just to take their attention” I answer her “ I don’t think that the is true because Annie is not the type of girl and you know what she also told me” she said “ no what? “ she told me that she want to kill herself or runaway form your house” she didn’t tell me nothing then she stay quite and then she told me to leave.

Then I tell her that she is dong bad because Annie is a wonderful person that love her and that care about her. My mom was inside of the car waiting for me, when I get inside the car she ask me want happen and I tell her that my friend is right their parents don’t love her and that she decided to runaway I’ll help her to do it. Then my mom got out of the car and she told me to wait here. I was waiting for like half an hour when I saw my friend Annie coming and then I get out of the car and I say hi to her. She told me “what are you doing here “ and I told her “ oh, nothing just passing the time” she told me “ oh, I have the feeling that you are not telling me the true” then I answer her “ okay I’m here because I came to talk with your mom about that” she got very anger at me and then she went inside her house. Ten minutes later my mom and my friend came out together. I was like ok what is happening here. The next thing I new was that very thing was okay with my friend that she change her decision about the secret. Then she hug me, and she told me “ can I tell you a secret”.

Her mysterious death

Her death was due to mysterious circumstances and I was assigned to the case. Her name Vanessa smith only 17 years old, she was kidnapped and then found death in a abandomated house. She was found in really bad conditions, the only clue that I have was the note that her killer left next to her body that and it said “I didn’t what to do it but she force me, she new that I love her but she decided to go out with him. Kevin I hate you and be careful because you could be the next.” This was the most mysterious case that I ever have and I was very interesting and determinate to solve it. I spend days thinking about this case I interview Vanessa’s mother she was heartbroken because her only daughter was assassinated and the only thing that she want, was to find the person that did this and put him in jail for the rest of his life and that’s what I want too. The conversation with Vanessa’s mom was very interesting and helpful she was very kind and honest, she also answer all my questions with really good details. I ask her when was the last time she saw her daughter alive, she answer it was on April 13, 2008, she was getting ready to go to college I was going to take her but something happed to my car that didn’t what to work. Then I gave her money to take the bus. I ask her how much money do you gave her. She answer 20 dollars and that was the last time I saw her alive.

I also ask her how was Vanessa was she a good daughter or did she had problems with some that make her killed her. She said no, she was a very smart girl, the people that was around her love her because of the way she was, she was very popular at school and she had a lot of friends and a boyfriend named Kevin. What can you tell me about Kevin? Well Kevin is a cute guy she is very atlic and he loves to play basketball, he is also very popular at his school. I ask her how long does Vanessa was going out with Kevin. Her mom told me that they will going to have three years on April 28 of this year. I ask Vanessa’s mom that if she note something different form her daughter. She answer me that the only thing that she see different from her daughter was that she was writing a lot in a diary that I gave her. I ask her were was that diary and she told me that she believe is in her bedroom. I ask her if I could have it and that was ok for her so, she went upstairs and she stared to look for Vanessa’s diary and she found it under Vanessa’s bed. She gave it to me and then I said good bye to Vanessa’s mother and went to Vanessa’s boyfriend Kevin. I nokehis door and he open, I interview my self and tell him that I need to ask him some questions about Vanessa’s death. He said that it was ok and that he hope that I can found the responsible of this crime and sent him to jail.


I ask him what was his relationship with Vanessa and he told me that she was his girlfriend since the same day they went to collage. How was Vanessa with you? he said that she was a very sweet person and that she was very kind with everybody and that he loves her a lot. He also told me that she was kind of nervous days defore her death. She told me that she things some one was following her on her way to collage and that this person one day also follow her to he home. I got nervous and mad too because she didn’t told me the same day that this happed and she told me this a day before after she was kidnapped. He told me that he didn’t know what to do, he was very sad and he stared o cry. It seems that he really love her and he would do anything to help me solve this case. He also know that the person that killed his girlfriend hates him because he was going out with Vanessa and that he did crime because he or her was jealous of their relation ship. My only clues were that had were the diary of Vanessa, his mother and boyfriend interviews and the anomies note. This was the most important case that I ever have, when I stared to read Vanessa’s diary I new that this will give me the answer of who was the killer of Vanessa. When I open the diary the first thing that was there was a picture of her and his boyfriend with all her classmates. When I stared to read it very thing seems normal but then she stared to describe a person that he call “B”, she describe B as an angry person that used to like her in high school and he always was checking her everything that she did she also mention that she think that B was following her to school
and to her home. She said that B ask her out but when they were in high school but I told him kindly no. Now I know who is the killer of Vanessa it was B, but now I have to know who’s B. This will be the saluting to the case, I need to find out who is B. I decided to go to Vanessa’s boyfriend and ask him if he knows who is B. When I went to his house there was a friend of Kevin, he introduce me to him. Kevin told me that he was Bob. He told me that I could called him B, that this was his nickname. I was sock the killer of Vanessa was Kevin friend. I didn’t said a word to Bob. I went to Kevin bathroom and called the police. When the police arrive to Kevin house I told him that the killer of his girlfriend that his suppose friend Bob. He got so mad that he r stared to hit him. Then the police took Bob with them, I was happy because her mysterious death was solved.

How to make Logandale better

What would make Logandale a better school, there are many things that would make Logandale a better school for example if the school give their students better food, if the schools let their students wear whatever they want and if the schoolhave more activities for students for example music, art, drama, sports, and more after school programs.I think that this will help Logandale to be a better schooland students to be interesting to come to school and not move to other school. The school is oredy a good school but this are some of the things that the school can do to be better and students want to come to Logandale and make it their favorite school and second home.

If Logandale give their students better and delicious foos some students will be interesting to come to school and eat something different each day and eat something that they have never ate in their life. This will cause that many students will come to Logandale because of their food. The students won't have to worry about what their going to eat because they know it would be something delicious and healthy for us too. The school can let students bring their own food, candy, drinks, and chips. This will cause that many students wil be eating what they want and they will be happy.

Other thing that our school can do to make this school better for the students and for more students to transfer to this school will be that if our principal let us wear whatever we want. In this way students will feel like if we are at home and we won't have to be buying uniforms and we could wear clothes that show our personality and what we like to wear outside the school. This will also help students to know ous better and see if they will likw to have us as friends or not. I think that this is a great idea and many kids would like to wear something else than is not a uniform. If some students don't like this idea they could still wear the uniform but it won't be a requirement to wear it.

Another thing that would make our school a better school will be if the school could have more activites at their regular school schedule and after school too .This will make students interesting to come to schoo. and participate in this activities. They will have the opportunity to learn something new and teachers could help them in their after school programs, with their homework or class work or in other thing that we need help. If our school could have programs like music, drama, sports, dance and more other activities this will make students to be interesting and sing up for this activities and other students fromdifferent schools will like to move to this school because we will have more programs that students like and want to be able to participate.


In conclusion this are my reasons of what our school Logandale should do to make this school a better school a better school for us the students and other kids from different schools that would like to come to this school. Our school is oredy great but this are just some ideas that we as the students of this school will like and that will make us more interesting to come to school and be happy and exciting to learn and eat something new each day because the schoolis like our second home and we have to feel good and safety in our school because we spend a lot of time here and because Logandale is our home.

Adilene Ayvar's life story

My daughter is the best thing that could ever happen to me, from the day she born until now. She is the most sweet, kind, and sensitive person. She will always have a smile for you and she will make you smile when you are sad. I know that she was going to be a good daughter because since the first day she look me and smile she had something that makes her special. Adilene that's the name that mu husband and me decided to put to our daughter. Adilene was born on January 21, 95. She is our second child, she has an older brother name Adan, he is two years older than her. When she was born the doctor told us that she was a very healthy baby and that we can take her home the next day. When we were in your home we life with my parents because they decided to help me take care of Adilene. When I first gave her a shower I was kind of scared because she was so little that I told my step-mother to help me gave her a shower and she did help me, I was hugging her and my step mother was washing her. She was smiling and she look happy but then she got cold and she started to cry. Then i decided to gave her milk and then put her in the bed so she could sleep. When she was like a 9 months old she stared to walk and at the year she started to eat. I remember that she love going to kinder garden and she always come back from school singing because she love the music she love to sing and dance, when she was little she always love to dance with my dad. She called him dad too because he always look at her like his princess and he always took her to the park and buy her candy and toys.


When she was three years old we decided to take her to my husband grand mother and then go to the beach. When we were there she said hi to her grandma and called her mom. She always do that she like calling their grandparents mom or dad. Later she her grandma was coking fish and she teach her how to eat a fish it was so much fun that day. Then we went to the beach and she was cared to get in the water so her dad decided to go with her and she feel so much safety with him. Later that year my husband Jose Adan decided to move to the United States and he was the first one to go and then us. When i was like 8 years old my dad decide that we were going to live with him in Chicago,Illinois. When we were there she was amazing with this stated. It was in the winter time and it was snowing she could not believe that i was snowing it was the first time she saw the snow and she was so happy. We were living in a street called Sacramento and we live in the second floor. In the first floor there was a family living too. there were three kids almost the age of my kids and then they became very closed friends they life many adventures together and all teach some things new. One of the two girls teach Adilene how to ride a bike. She felt a lot of times but then she became really good at riding the bike that we decided to buy her one. We buy her in color pink because she loves pink, its her favorite color. When to put her in the school called Avondale she was scared because she didn't know no body but then she make a friends, she love being with her friends specially with one friend called Diana Escalante they were like sisters they were always together they do everything together. She always come to our house to visit her because she live crossing the street.

When she was in six grade she move a another school that is next to Avondale but this one is called Logandale. There she was with her three closed friends called Diana, Yesica, and Angeles. They know since third grade and they are like sisters. Then we moved to another house that was kind of far from her school and my husband and i decided that we were going to transfer to another school but she didn't want and there was no more room for another kid in that school so we decided to leave her there and she was so happy. The house were we move in from my husband cousins so we were all in family. Then when Adilene was like 11 years old we decided to make her a surprise party and she was so happy that day was the best day of her life later that year her cousin Mariana were her quinces party and Adilene was super excited and she could not wait to have her quinces too that will that will be in four years. When she was 13 i gave her the new that she was going to have another brother she was very happy and excited too because she loves babies and she always wanted to have another brother.

The day his brother was born was the happiest day f my life and of my family's life too. We were all happy because of this specially my daughter because she love kids. I teach her a lot of things about baby's and how to take care of them. She is now 14 years old but i know that she will be a great person and that she loves her family, friends, other special persons too. She will always be mu baby and she will always have a special place in my heart. We love you Adi....:)

"What do I wish from Barack Obama"

What do I want from Barack Obama. There are many things that I want from Barack Obama but one of my biggest issue is the war in Iraq. For me this is the most important issue because many of your soldiers are dieing there and many families are left alone because their husbands, wife’s, brother, sister, mom, dad,ect, are in Iraq fitting for oil. This is causing a lot of deaths and sadness for our solders and their families and I think that this is unfair because where fitting just for oil that we have in your own country but no our ex-president George W. Bush want the oil that is in Iraq and this is why we are fitting for just for oil that we don’t even need.

This has cause a lot of sadness and anger against George W. Bush because he was the person that stared this war and that now we don’t know how to end it, but that he was the only person that could it ended. I do believe in the president Barack Obama because he seems a honest person that is against war and I hope that he can end war because it has cost us a lot deaths. There are many reasons why I don’t want war. One of my reasons is that their are a lot of soldiers deaths or wounded for all their life. My second reason why I don’t want war is because I have a family and I two brothers that I would never what them to be in any war fitting for some stupid reasons and lost their life.

I don’t know how it feels to loss someone that you love and care but what I do know is that this is a feeling that I will never what to experience because I know that it will be really hard for me and I don’t know if I will be able to get over with. But many families are passing through this and I really admire them because they have to be really strong person to do this. I also admire our soldiers because they are very brave to in be in this war and left their familys. For those soldiers that have died in the war they have to be with god because I do believe in him and in them too, they do deserve to be with him because they were so brave and they save many lifes and defended our nation.

In my conclusion, our government should understand this feelings and bring our troops back home. This will make many families happy specially the kids of soldiers that were fitting for our country, this will make us be better persons because were able to end the war and many soldiers will have the opportunity to life and see their children’s grow up with out wars and in a world full of peace. :)

Life-Changing Event...

One important event that happen and that change my life was when my baby brother was born. This was the most important event in my life and in my family lifes too. This event change everything to use in many ways and it also makes us more strong as a family, to take care of each other and to always be there if one of us need help.


For me my brother change my life in many good ways, the born of my baby named Henry brougt us happyness and peace and many responsiblilities. Now I have to take care of him and now I can do many things with him even do he still a baby I know that when he grow up and star to talk and walk I'll be there for him to help him and that makes me super happy. It makes me feel good of myself because I now know that i know how to love and take care of someone that I know.

I feel really proud of myself and my parents too because I' m helping them with everything I can and that makes you feel good and see that you can take responsiblilities even do I still young. There are many things that the born of my brother change me for example now I know how to change his diapers, prepare his milk, and gave him a shower with my mom helps.

This make me happy because I have never done this things and it was pretty exciting to experience it. When I'm with my brother I know that he will always be there for me and that I'll always be there for him too whenever he needs me because I love him so much and I care so much of him that I don't want nothing bad to happen to him or my family and friends because their my life.

In my clonclusion this event change my life in a good way because I now know how to take care of a baby and be more responsible. I love my brother and he is now 3 months old, and he is very smart and funny I love him. I called him my "cosita" because he is always smileying and in a good mood and becasue he is very small. My first reason why I think parents are the best teachers is because they gave us the life and because they know us better than everybody else. A skill Everyone Needs...

One of the most important skill that everyone needs do know is to learn another language. This is a very important skill that everybody in this world should know. For me this is a very important skill that everyone should know because I speak another language and it help me a lot in my daily life. This is a good skill that people should know because now more people are moving to other countries and for them it will be important to learn that language in order to understand the people that live in that country.

My first reasons is that when you know another language you will be able to get good jobs. This skill will help you in many ways for example if your trying to get a good job and in that job the requirements are to know another language, like Spanish you might get the job because you do know that language.

My second reason why people should learn another language is that they will know what is happening if they understand that specific language. For example if you go to a restaurant and nobody there speak your language and you know that language you will be able to understand that person and get what you want, this is a very good way to communicated with that person.

My third reason is that when you know another language you will be able to communicate with other people all over the world and make new friends too. For example if you speak another language you will meet new peoples and you will be able to understand them and discover new things.


In my conclusion I think that this is a very important skill that everybody in this world should know because this will help them a lot in their daily life and help them to communicate with other people that you never thought you will be able to do it. So is super important to know the skill of knowing other language.

"The Best Day Ever"

The best day ever that I had was when my little brother born it was the perfect day ever for me and for my family too. It was on November 9, 2008 the weather was perfect everybody was with my mom and we were all happy and nervous. We were all holding hands and prating so everything will be fine. My dad, my brother, and me were in the hospital waiting for the doctor to come out and tell us that their were OK and when he told us that I was super happy and this day was the most important and happy day ever. When I saw him for the first time he was sleeping and he was very small, his skin color is brown like his eyes and when I touch him for the first time his skin was very soft. I was going to cry because I was super happy and then I stared to talk to him and tell him how much we love him and care about him.


In that same day the doctor told us that everything was fine and we could go home by tommorow in the after noon. I decided to stay with my mom and my brother that night and then go home tommorow with then. My dad told me that the was OK and that he will come in the next day in the morning to pick us. In the night I was with my mom and the baby and I tell her that I was very happy and this day was the best day ever that I had because my brother was born. My mom decided that his name will be "Henry", which means the government of the house. so I do believe that this day was the best day that I ever had in my entire life:]

Her smile

When I looked at her smile, I knew she was up to something...She was trying to tell me something but I didn't know what was it. Then I keep looking at her for like 1 minute and then she Say I need to tell you something really important that could made you very happy or not. Then I tell her "What is it". Then She say take a deep breath and I did. Then she told me, I need you to go to my house this Friday because there will be something really important for you. I tell her OK I'll go to your house this Friday. When it was Friday and I get to her home after school, we were talking about our life and friendship and how important she was for me. When we were in her room I saw a pretty pink dress in her bed then she told me its yours and then I say "what, are you serious ", she said yes I'm serious its for your birthday present. Then I hug her and tell her that she is my best friend and that she was the only person that remember my birthday. Then she told me that she was not the only person and she help me dress up and I didn't know were we were going. We get in her moms car and then my friend told me this is other surprise from someone who loves you.


When we get to place the lights were off and then I tell her are you sure this is the place, then the lights come on and all my family and friends were there and they all said "surprise" it was a surprise party for me they all stated to hug me and said "happy birthday". I was super happy and then I saw him, I never though he was going to be there he smile at me and said I love you and happy birthday. Will you dance with me and I just look at him and said Yes. My grandpa look so cute and then he told me "you look so pretty". His present was a beautiful necked of gold that say "Sweet Heart", I loved it. At the end I hug all my family and my friend with a big smile.:)
